Terms of Service
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms govern the use of kresso.ai and the Kresso service during its private beta. By requesting access, signing in or connecting an account you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.
Parties and precedence
The service is provided by Kresso, a business to be incorporated in England and Wales ("Kresso", "we"). "You" are the business whose team uses the service and the people it authorises to do so. Where we have agreed individual terms with your business — the beta is run that way — those terms take precedence over these wherever the two differ.
The beta
Kresso is in a private, invite-only beta. The service is provided as it is, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and comes with no commitment to availability, support hours or a particular set of features. Nothing on the site sets a price; pricing, if any, is agreed with each beta customer in writing.
Accounts
Sign-in is by one-time code sent to a work email. You are responsible for keeping that mailbox secure and for what is done from it. The roles inside your company are assigned by its owners; you are responsible for who holds them and what they do with them.
Connected Google Ads accounts
You may connect a Google Ads account only if you are authorised to grant access to it — as its owner, or on the owner's instructions — and you remain responsible for that authorisation for as long as the account is connected. You comply with the Google Ads terms and advertising policies for every account you connect.
The Google scope you grant permits changes to an account. Kresso makes none today; it reads only what the Privacy Policy describes. If Kresso later offers to make changes on your behalf, that will be a separate permission you grant explicitly, and no change will reach an account without approval from a person on your team. You can disconnect an account at any time from inside Kresso, or by revoking Kresso's access in your Google account settings.
Suggestions and AI output
Kresso analyses account data and produces reports, alerts and suggested changes. They are produced by software — as the product develops, by AI models — and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You decide what to do with them. Kresso is not responsible for the performance of your advertising, for what you spend on it, or for the results of acting or not acting on a suggestion.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- use the service for anything unlawful;
- circumvent its rate limits, bot checks or access controls;
- reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the service;
- connect an account you are not authorised to connect;
- use it to run advertising that breaks Google's policies or the law.
Intellectual property and feedback
Kresso — the software, the design and the content of the site — belongs to us. Your data belongs to you; you grant us the licence needed to run the service on it and nothing more. Feedback you give us about the service may be used without obligation to you.
Your data
The Privacy Policy is part of these terms and says what we collect and how it is handled. Data from your connected accounts is processed on your behalf and only to provide the service to you; we do not sell it and do not use it for anyone else's advertising.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — during a free beta, to nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or revenue, or lost advertising spend. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by email to legal@kresso.ai; we disconnect your accounts and delete your data within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy describes. We can suspend or end your access at any time during the beta, and will tell you why where we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms as the service develops. The date at the top says when they last changed. Account holders are told by email about material changes, and using the service after that is acceptance of the new terms.
